The Java Jar File Could Not Be Launched. Check The Console For Possible Error Messages Mac 20179/23/2019
Brandon Sky- sorry I am replying so late, for I have been very busy. The error message i got in Console after trying to open the file is below. Thanks MadMacs0, for I enabled Logging to be able to see this error messsage. Do you know how to access the page that says whether you are using 32-bit or 64-bit under the Java Control Panel? Everyone says that is the solution to my problem, but unfortunately it was all under 'Java Preferences.'

Brandon Sky- I do not know what this error message means, do u know? Lol thanks:) 3/11/13 7:56:12.461 PM 0x0-0x40040.com.apple.JarLauncher: no main manifest attribute, in /Users/mcfarlandbri/Downloads/FieryInferno.jar. You can't possibly be having the same problem. The RTProtectionDaemon has only been in existence for about two months and this discussion is over four years old. The error message you posted says nothing about a java jar. AFAIK, RTProtection does not use Java code at all.
You posted this in the OS X v10.7 Lion Forum. Are you really running that old a system? Malwarebytes for Mac only runs on macOS 10.10 through 10.12. There are only two or three persons who might see your posting, so it's never a good idea to post a 'me too', especially one this old. Answers will likely only come if you start a new discussion item in the appropriate Forum for you OS, explaining your situation in much more detail than you have. That will allow maximum exposure and get you much more help faster.
Hi @iowoputi. Which version of briefcase were you using before? Try using new odk storage directory, ie move or rename the old the old one, then re-launch briefcase again.
